Operational Conditions for Creative Production Services
By executing a Statement of Work (SOW) or paying an initial retainer to PorkChop Productions, LLC, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the provision of creative production services, including planning, filming, editing, photography, and related deliverables.
PorkChop Productions, LLC endeavors to complete production services according to the timelines outlined in the SOW. Estimated delivery dates are contingent upon timely client feedback, required approvals, location access, and the delivery of necessary brand assets or project inputs.
Clients are obligated to remit payment for service fees as invoiced. Any approved third-party costs (such as location permits, talent, rentals, or licensed assets) are billed according to the agreed project scope. PorkChop Productions, LLC is not liable for pricing changes from third-party vendors outside our control.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client retains ownership of final approved deliverables produced exclusively for their project unless otherwise stated in writing. PorkChop Productions, LLC reserves the right to retain underlying production processes, templates, and anonymized portfolio usage rights as outlined in project agreements.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as defined in the specific client contract. Upon termination, PorkChop Productions, LLC will halt further production work and finalize billing for completed services and approved costs up to the termination date.
